We make customer satisfaction our top priority and we yearn for all our customers to have a continuous and most wonderful shopping experience with us time and time again.

Should you for any reason, however, not be completely satisfied with your purchase, then please do contact us through the following email so that our customer support can resolve any issues that may have occurred in a professional and speedy manner.


We pride ourselves on a return policy that lasts an entire 30 days.

This means you will have a full 30 days from the actual day of received goods, to decide if an item is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within the deadline.

We will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Please note that cosmetics, beauty products, earrings, leggings, socks, tights, bodystockings and intimate undergarments such as underwear and swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Note that gift cards, free gifts or promotional items with retail value are additional non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us or any of our partnering manufacturers, before contacting our support.


Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control Team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Aveney reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within a short reasonable timeframe, then please first check your bank account once more.

Then contact your credit card company, note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
