Order confirmation

Immediately after checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with us and the order details will be transferred to our warehouse system.

Changes or other requests about your order can only be processed for unshipped orders.

Processing time

The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the supply status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. which in turn may result in some orders taking between 5-10 business days to process.

In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Shipment time

We may also offer quick premium international shipping services at an additional cost, varying in price based on several factors such as each individual country, the local destination and the product weight.

Parcels

Depending on both the specific product collection, the weight, and the particular order volume, we may deliver a larger order simultaneously in a few separate shipments, at no additional costs.

In doing so, we are able to favorably spare our customers any additional expenditures in regards to customs clearances while also lowering import tariffs across the board.

Tracking notifications

Tracking notifications will be sent out to the email address or/and mobile phone number associated to your tracking number upon any new activities and changes of delivery status in each of the following shipment phases:

  • Info Received

Carrier has received request from shipper and is about to pick up the shipment.

  • In Transit

Carrier has accepted or picked up shipment from shipper. The shipment is on the way.

  • Out For Delivery

Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready for pickup.

  • Delivered

The shipment was delivered successfully.

Additional notifications will also be sent for unsuccessful deliveries along with other exceptions as per the following:

  • Failed Attempt

Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again.

  • Exception

Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to sender or similar shipping exceptions.

Disclaimer

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.

Aveney does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Additionally, Aveney reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Aveney reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
